Prime Minister Internship Scheme
Empowering India’s youth and fostering practical skill development, the Prime Minister Internship Scheme offers a unique opportunity for aspiring individuals to gain invaluable experience. This 12-month program, featuring six months of hands-on training, provides a monthly stipend and allowance, making it accessible to those seeking to launch their careers. If you’re between 21 and 24, and meet the specific eligibility criteria, you’re invited to apply and take the first step towards a brighter future.
Eligibility Criteria to Become a Beneficiary of the Scheme:
- The applicant must be between 21 to 24 years of age.
- The applicant must not be enrolled in any other full time academic course.
- No member of the applicant’s family should be employed in a government job.
- The applicant’s family income should be less than Rs. 8 lakhs per annum.
Course Duration:
The internship will be of 12 months, out of which 6 months will be practical training.
Stipend:
A monthly stipend of Rs. 5,000 will be provided. In addition, a one-time allowance of Rs. 6,000 will also be given.

- Verify your mobile number linked with your Aadhaar card.
- Fill in your personal information in the given fields.
- Upload the required documents.
- After successfully completing the application, save a copy of the confirmation for your records.
